The Elders and Stakeholders of Standing Stone Care & Rehab Center are very proud of their brand NEW 2015 Ford Shuttle Bus. This is a 15 passenger bus which accommodates 4 passenger wheelchairs.

We would like to welcome Kristie Johnson to our team here at Standing Stone Care & Rehab Center. Kristie has been with the Signature Family for 6 years. She brings to us a strong background in Human Resources having worked as the HR Director for our sister facility, Pickett Care & Rehab Center in Byrdstown, as well as the Area HR Director for both Signature facilities in Fentress and Pickett Counties.
Kristie recently completed the Administrator-In-Training program and received her license and is now our Assistant Administrator here at Standing Stone Care & Rehab Center.
More than 1,000 Signature staff members registered for the recent Spirituality LearnFEST, a virtual learning conference that encouraged participants to consider the impact of spirituality, if fully activated, in a long-term care environment.
And that number doesn’t even include the many who joined in groups, in offices, breakrooms and wherever there were TVs or computers at Signature centers across 10 states to view the live broadcast. The event featured sessions that tied spirituality to numerous aspects of long-term care and health care, from clinical care to legislative involvement and the impact of spirituality in the workplace.
