Standing Stone Care and Rehabilitation Center is proud to announce its newest Quality of Life Program called, Year of Dreams. This program will provide residents with the opportunity to have their dream come true over the year. The team at the facility recognized the wealth of knowledge and heritage in the residents who have chose to call Standing Stone Care their home. They decided to make their experience brighter and provide them with a more quality time at the facility by making their dream come true.
Already, residents are providing the team with their dreams. Resident Perry Pendergrass had his dream come true first! He is a dedicated Elvis fan and his dream is to celebrate Elvis’s birthday with the king himself. The employees gathered together to find a way to make his dream come true. The team was able to get him front row seating at Pigeon Forge’s Memories Theater for their season ending called, “A Salute to Elvis.” Perry was thrilled to see the theater act, which had not only one Elvis, but three! He also had a chance to meet all the Elvis’s as well as have a piece of Elvis birthday cake. It truly was a night to remember.
The team at Standing Stone Care and Rehabilitation Center looks forward to making many other residents’ dreams come true over the year.
